iPhone user. Money gram user. This app does not work. Please redesign or take off. It is loosing so much money by not giving it any attention. Giving no stars to something that is poorly designed.

Horrible ! Gave me so much trouble !

Yes its to many question ,and it very personal, why ? To who? For what reason? You gust send last week? How many times you planning to send many? But other wise its fine, my relative receive many on time , but I dont know if I like go throw this ,all time I fill horrible every time to answer this question ....

Made me give a ton of personal information just to tell me call them so they could tell me go to the store. "Was unable to do my transaction" When i asked why the person on the phone got rude with me. I regret using this app and barely wanna use money gram anymore.

This is an useless app. I am pretty sure that they have the worst & cheapest Business Analyst, Developers & QA team (if there is any). I just have one simple question to MONEY GRAM, have you ever read the reviews here? & did you ask yourself, why you have one (1) star out of five (5) ?

I previously had an account online before using this app. This app was fast & easy To use! Didnt find any problems with it.... Dont understand the negative reviews.

IF YOU WANT TO SEND MONEY SAFELY USE PAYPAL. PLEASE DONT TAKE THE RISK. IF SOMEONE ASKS TO USE MONEYGRAM THEY ARE FRAUD.

They never pay the dollar at the original value!!!

Their service is great and their fee for sending money is half that of Western Union - if you go to a location and send money from there. But the app does not work to send money. I thought that they were mysteriously targeting me or retaliating for something I said or did but seems that a lot of people are experiencing the same thing when attempting to use their service from the app. I think that the real purpose behind the app is for them to collect sensitive information. Who knows how they will use it. I regret installing it. Let Moneygram continue to provide their great service through their store agents but they have no business on Apple servers. The app works only to track the status and completion of your transaction, other than that it is useless. I regret very much giving them my personal information. I feel scammed into doing it.

If you are a plus member & try to make online profile good luck...it is virtually impossible. Calling customer support is worthless..no help at all.

I dont understand the negative reviews. Of course it is supposed to be secure and ask many questions because they want to prevent hackers

One of the biggest reasons to have a mobile app is to find the nearest agent to drop some cash on your friends. So far this one feature seems to work OK. For years, it was extremely frustrating to find the nearest location. Online or mobile. Moneygram Plus is working slightly better. But If you can’t update your app regularly it shows that you really don’t have a comprehensive program.

I first tried Moneygrams website and was able to send money after having to call their customer service. I thought I would be able to send money to the same person using the app. Like other reviews, I had to call again and answer many questions. Then I was declined and told to go to agent. Very frustrating. Do not use the app to send money. You are wasting your time.

It works great for me so far! My family overseas got money in minutes. So convenient!!!

They provide with what they call "online service" where in they expect their customer to a nearby store and then intitate the request. What the point of having such a feature. To top it all, they have the worst customer support representative. Their app should should replace "send money" with "goto store and send online service". Click on contact tab and it ends you up on the home page. Is there any way to give a 0 star rating here?

I would rate them -5 if I could. So headache to send money! I deleted the app. Western union my selection!

Would not suggest to anyone!!!
