Cannot send money

I first tried Moneygrams website and was able to send money after having to call their customer service. I thought I would be able to send money to the same person using the app. Like other reviews, I had to call again and answer many questions. Then I was declined and told to go to agent. Very frustrating. Do not use the app to send money. You are wasting your time.
