I am a MG+ member for more than 10 years. When I saw the 1 star rating for the app I knew it would have problems, but how ridiculously bad it turned out to be is amazing. The account setup is painfully inadequate. It does not ask for the plus membership number so it can retrieve your info. Then when I found the way to link my plus membership, it let me complete the registration three times and congratulated me. But when I would try to login, it would respond that the records indicate Im not registered. Please, hire some competent people to manage your Info Sys department and app.
