Easy to use. Needs to add a Apo Ap option for the address. This would be great for Service Members of the United States Armed Forces serving outside the US. I had to trick it to take my location. Other than that it was painless. Thank you

Could not submit a transaction after several tries. They just lost me as a customer. After all these years they cant get an app working correctly?

It should help me send money but instead it made me lose time. Tried 3 times and it just tells me to go to a location. Deleting it right now.

This app is so bad, I would remove it until you fix all the bugs. Right now it is unusable.

This is the worst app you can download to your phone or tablet. Do not download it please you will only waste your time and trying to send money because it will not work. I gave it one star and I think that is still too many stars for this app.

Tried to set up an account. It asked me a bunch of "personal identification" questions which I answered correctly and it still wouldnt let me create the account. Tried calling customer service and got nothing but phone tree recordings.

Its useless! Waste of time.. So were the customer service is useless!

Program is trash. Can only send money to another person no option to pay a bill. Customer service is worthless.
