Cannot use my bank account

Tried to input my bank account. It failed. Contacted customer support, they said the site was down.

Tried again a few days later, still didnt work leading me to believe the first customer "support" agent was just lying to close the call quickly. Unusable. I have a large bank which should work. Doesnt.

May be an attempt to change higher fees by forcing you to use a credit card. Will be deleting from my phone.
