Horrible, waste of time and useless

I used to use western union and never had a problem. I decide to use this because the fees looked lower. That was a very bad decision. After wasting my time with a lot of questions. My transaction was denied for no reason. I had to call them and waste more time in order to get my money back. Just a waste of time.
