Yesterday was my first time using the app and I assure you, it will be my last. What I thought would be a fairly simple process (sending $40 to a friend that asked for a loan) turned into a huge headache. From the invasive questions from multiple customer service representatives (that seriously need training on how to interact with other human beings; Ive never had the misfortune of interacting with such robotic people before. They seriously all repeat the same lines as if reading from a MoneyGram Customer Service 101 handbook) before I could even send the money, to my transaction being subjected to additional security screening AFTER sending the money, finally ending with my transaction ultimately being denied without me being made aware due to MoneyGram "not being comfortable" with the transaction. Now Im sitting with my money in limbo as I await a refund. My first and last time using this service.
