I sent a money transfer overseas to someone I have sent money to before
it had me answer 10 or 12security questions dating back 30 years it had on me which I did answer all correctly
it indicated that it went through fine so I emailed customer and told them their payment was made then later even after getting a confirmation number and everything I later got an email that said it was not paid and there was an error to call their 800 number.talk to customer service who could barely speak English and could only tell me that the system had deleted my account I tried five times to get information as to what happened to my account and they hung up on me all five times so I called my bank and my bank warned me against using this app
