After two transfers, they disabled my account and asked me to use their physical location. This is 2025. I don’t have time for this nonsense.

Me bloquearon mi cuenta sin razón ni motivo alguno 🤬🤬 nunca hice envíos de dinero grande nunca envié ni 200$ y me bloquean la cuenta sin razón alguna me parece muy mal de su parte la única opción que me dan es poner un reclamo que demoran hasta 90 días en darme una respuesta o que vaya a un punto físico obviamente que si uso la aplicación es porque mi tiempo no da para ir a un punto físico no dan ni la opción de una revisión, un motivo nada simplemente bloquean cuando precisamente si aplicación estaba presentando fallas y no dan solución me parece muy malo el servicio

Me encanta el app de MoneyGram. Es súper fácil porque guarda la información de todas las personas a las que yo les mando dinero. Y por lo tanto no tengo que VOLVER a poner todos los datos cada vez que quiera mandarles dinero. Y todo eso, lo hago en mi teléfono, sentada en el sillón de mi casa, perfecto!

I feel uneasy when I have to upload pictures of my ID to passport. My first reaction is NOT to do it, but needed to send a payment for my mother’s care. Still uneasy 😳

Fast and easy to transfer money

MoneyGram used to allow debit card transfers to mobile wallet accounts in Argentina without a fee. The rate was always lower than other transfer services, but not having to pay a fee and the much quicker processing time made it worth it. Now they want to charge 24 USD to make the transfer and considering the lower rate it’s just not worth continuing to use MoneyGram to send money to Argentina. BRING BACK FEE FREE MOBILE WALLET TRANSFERS!

Everytime I open the aap its just gives me an error - Its not you its us. The moneygram system is down.

They blocked my account and they wont tell me why or how to fix it ! Terrible service!

The moment I created an account, give me problems with my number and email. Trying to login it will let me so I asked for a security code to change my password so I can login again. It won’t even send me that I contacted customer support no help this is ridiculous. I’m just gonna go to Western Union.

It’s easier and faster with more options than the competition The only problem is on the receiving end. Most of the time when my brother goes to pick up the money, the line will be super long and then to find out there is no money.

For the most part this app does what it says and works pretty well… They have the option to enable iOS notifications, but when you enable them they constantly send you ads when really I only wanna see transaction status. You can turn off ads for text messages and emails, but not for iOS notifications it’s terrible.

For the past month the app is down. What’s wrong with it..? Please fix..

I love Moneygram before the update because I could sent money without being limited to a number of transactions unlike other Money Transfer Apps but now instead of a few hrs, my recipients receive it in MINUTES.

Your app is not working for last 1 week in ios device. There is no such support number available. Worst customer experience.

I loaded this app to send money to my family in the Philippines. It would not allow me to use my US credit card! Garbage!

I wish the funds were availability’s for recipients would be less than 3 days through a debit card payout especially for just small amount of money sent to families who need a little help and don’t have mobile access (gcash).. thanks

Updated the Moneygram on my Iphone 12. After updating the losds the start up screen then after a few seconds another screen pops up saying “ it’s you, it’s us. Please check back later” I have installed app many times but still not working. I know its the update because i did not update the app on it and it works fine.

I really like this money movement on the MoneyGram app so easy to send money anywhere around the world and it’s so secure safe. Thank you MoneyGram

Sometimes it gets frozen or does not work at all.

My hard earned money that i sent to my family was taken twice. They will promise to investigate but never come back. Calling customer service but THEY ARE NO KNOWLEDGE about your inquiry. Waste of time

You guys are making this so complicated instead of making it easier to use the app

They just block the profile and don't even give an explanation why. The service is not the highest level.

I lost $25 in fees and had to transfer the money back to myself to pay a bill that was advertised as easy to pay with the app. No help from customer service. BEAWARE

The App has improved tremendously. Several years ago I had such difficult times using it. The hassle was not worth the time, so I gave up. I am glad that I gave it another chance today. It’s working great so far. I will renew my recommendation about this Money Gram App to others.

I am very disappointed and upset, I’ve been a loyal customer who’ve been sending money via MoneyGram for years, but this time I don’t get it, I made an account deposit this pass December 2024, the money never got to that account. I talked to customer service they told me that they are not partner with that bank and the will do an investigation to find out where the funds went. No positive response, all they’ve been telling me is they are sorry Now I’m wondering how the money even got sent through their system if they are not partner with the bank, and also if don’t verify identity before delivery the money, how that received got the reference number and the same name of the receiver on the receipt Again I don’t get it
